Soccer Game Preview: Rainier Beach vs. Franklin

The Rainier Beach Vikings will face off against the Franklin Quakers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Rainier Beach is looking for their season's first win.

Rainier Beach fell victim to Eastside Catholic and their airtight defense on Monday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 14-0. While losing is never fun, Rainier Beach can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 258th, while Eastside Catholic are ranked 42nd).

Meanwhile, Franklin and Cleveland finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw on Monday.

With that draw, Franklin's record moves to 5-6-3. As for Rainier Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13-1.
