Aurora Christian benefitted from Hinkle in 11-10 win
It was an underclassman who stole the show on Friday as Henry Hinkle came into the contest with something to prove. St. Edward had no answer to Hinkle as he scored a run while getting on base in five of his six plate appearances.
Hinkle's strong effort led Aurora Christian over St. Edward and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Aurora Christian is 8-1 against St. Edward going back to March of 2019, a lead they'll look to extend.
