The Pine Crest Panthers can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent contest on Wednesday. They breezed by David Posnack Jewish Day on the road to the tune of 55-22. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-14.

Despite the loss, David Posnack Jewish Day saw an underclassman step up: Emma Azafrani scored seven points along with two steals.

Pine Crest has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for David Posnack Jewish Day, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pine Crest won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Saint Andrew's at 4:30 p.m. on January 25th. Hopefully Saint Andrew's focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 last Monday. As for David Posnack Jewish Day, they will be playing at home against Donna Klein Jewish Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Donna Klein Jewish Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 266 points over their last four matchups.
