Basketball Recap: Kansas Comes Up Short

Kansas lost against Inola back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Kansas Comets fell 67-60 to the Inola Longhorns.

Kansas' defeat dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Inola, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season.

The future could be bright for both Kansas and Inola: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Kansas will try to hand Jay their fourth-straight loss when the two meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Inola will look to extend Verdigris' 18-game losing streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
