Temecula Valley dropped to 10-3 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins on the road. They took an 82-69 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Elsinore Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Golden Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 87th, while the Tigers are ranked 34th).

As for Elsinore, the win keeps them at an undefeated 16-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 75.1 points this season.

Kamrynn Nathan continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double with 35 points and nine rebounds. The matchup was his 19th in a row with at least 15 points. Andrew Garibay was another key player, shooting 70% from the field on his way to 15 points along with five boards and four steals.

Temecula Valley and West Covina will round out the year against one another at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Elsinore will take on Vista Murrieta in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will be up against the Broncos' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59.45 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
