Basketball Recap: Calvin Has No Trouble Against Montgomery

It was a proper cat-fight when Calvin took on Montgomery on Saturday. The Calvin Cougars put the hurt on the Montgomery Tigers with a sharp 50-24 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Calvin is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. As for Montgomery, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3 record.

Calvin and Choudrant will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Montgomery, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Airline at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
