Football Game Preview: Fallston Cougars vs. Harford Tech Cobras + Official Tickets

The Fallston Cougars will be playing at home against the Harford Tech Cobras at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Harford Tech took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Fallston, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Fallston was able to grind out a solid victory over Bohemia Manor, taking the game 21-14. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Zach Loewe produced another solid effort picking up 148 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also rushing for 91 yards on only seven carries. His longest reception was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total. Abi Archibong helped out on the ground, rushing for 92 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Fallston's run defense was locked in: Bohemia Manor could only muster 2.2 yards per carry. The team can thank Finn Rebasti for the heroic effort on defense: he. That's the most yards per carry they've posted since back in September.

Fallston didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Rebasti and Matthew Klaben. Rebasti is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least six every time he's taken the field this season.

Meanwhile, Harford Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 34-20 bruising from Bel Air.

Fallston's record is now 7-2. As for Harford Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
