Mariemont waltzed into their game on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Deer Park Wildcats as they made off with an 18-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won four contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Mariemont's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Deer Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mariemont will challenge rival Reading at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Deer Park is set to take on their familiar foe Madeira at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
