Football Game Recap: Cape Cod RVT vs. South Shore Vo-Tech

Their game last Friday wasn't at all kind to South Shore Vo-Tech, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Cape Cod RVT on Saturday, winning 18-6. The win was a breath of fresh air for South Shore Vo-Tech as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

After a totally unproductive first quarter, the South Shore Vo-Tech offense stepped up its game and put 12 points on the board in the second quarter. Cape Cod RVT countered with 6 points, leaving the score at 12-6 going into the half. The other side of the ball continued to do well for South Shore Vo-Tech in the second half and held Cape Cod RVT to 0 points.

Next week South Shore Vo-Tech take on Blue Hills RVT at 4:00 PM. Unlike South Shore Vo-Tech, Blue Hills RVT will be limping in after taking a loss. Cape Cod RVT will be staying on the road, facing off against Martha's Vineyard Regional. Martha's Vineyard Regional are limping into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
