Columbus HomeSchool saw some tournament action on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Tindley Tigers out 37-34. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Columbus HomeSchool found their leader in sophomore Brooklyn Barnes, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 15 points. Hailey Perkins was another key player, putting up nine points.

Columbus HomeSchool now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Tindley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbus HomeSchool will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Phalen Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th. As for Tindley, they will venture away from home to take on Purdue Polytechnic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
