Baseball Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short

Liberty managed to slip by Mounds the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Tigers came up short against the Golden Eagles on Monday, falling 15-7. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Mounds, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Liberty has already played their next game, a 5-4 defeat against Hulbert on the 15th. As for Mounds, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 17-4 loss against Chouteau-Mazie on the 15th.
