Basketball Recap: Bellows Free Academy Comes Up Short

Bellows Free Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Danville Bears. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bullets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-41 last Wednesday.

Bellows Free Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Danville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Richford the next time they take the court. Danville will host Richford at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Bellows Free Academy will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
