Softball Recap: Ford Comes Up Short

Ford fell victim to King and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 18-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Trojans were not able to get on the board.

Ford's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for King, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

Ford didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-4 victory against Cody on the 8th. As for King, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-10 win against Communication Media Arts on the 8th.
