Basketball Recap: Rocket City Takes a Loss

Rocket City lost against Independent Athletic Ministries last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rocket City Falcons took a 70-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Independent Athletic Ministries Ravens.

Rocket City has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-22 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points over those games. The victory (which was Independent Athletic Ministries' fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

As of now, neither Rocket City nor Independent Athletic Ministries have any future games scheduled.
