Leigh is 8-2 against Willow Glen since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Leigh Longhorns will welcome the Willow Glen Rams at 7:00 p.m. Leigh has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.

Leigh is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 91-80 to Santa Teresa on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Wednesday (55), the Longhorns still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Willow Glen's game on Wednesday was all tied up 32-32 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 67-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of Westmont. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 372nd, while the Warriors are ranked 154th).

Willow Glen's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 6-7. As for Leigh, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.

Leigh was able to grind out a solid win over Willow Glen in their previous meeting back in January of 2020, winning 59-51. Does Leigh have another victory up their sleeve, or will Willow Glen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
