Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Freedom). They blew past the Spoto Spartans 68-19 on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Freedom got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Emma Schroeder out in front who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Morgan Schopke, who scored 13 points.

Freedom's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-16. As for Spoto, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Both are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Freedom will square off against Kathleen on Tuesday. As for Spoto, they will challenge Southeast on Tuesday.
