Soccer Recap: Schenectady Comes Up Short

Schenectady lost against Shaker back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots lost 7-1 to the Bison. While losing is never fun, Schenectady can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 358th, while Shaker are ranked second).

Schenectady's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-2. As for Shaker, their win bumped their record up to 14-0-3.

Schenectady does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Shaker, they will take on Guilderland at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
