Game recap: Dickson's four rushing touchdowns lead Skyline past Garfield

Skyline (Sammamish, Wash.) beat Garfield (Seattle, Wash.) 67-16 after a strong game from Noah Dickson, who rushed for four touchdowns.

After taking the lead on a Cedric Cooper touchdown run in the first quarter, the Spartans led 60-8 at the half.

Skyline expanded its lead to 59 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by Nate Gibson.

Dickson and Jack Valencia ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Bulldogs.

Dickson stood out for the Sammamish school in the win. He kicked seven extra points.



Garfield's Demario Hall played well. The senior running back ran for two touchdowns. His performance brought his touchdown total to three on the year.

In a 4A KingCo - Crown game next week Skyline (5-0) takes on Ballard, and Garfield (1-4) will go up against Issaquah also in a 4A KingCo - Crown game.
