It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Central had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Northview Chiefs 83-32. The Jaguars' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Autumn Boutwell led the charge by going 6-for-11 en route to 13 points. What's more, Boutwell also posted a 55% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Sophia Harold, who posted 14 points and four steals.

The victory made it two in a row for Central and bumps their season record up to 15-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points over those games. As for Northview, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 48-45 defeat against Paxton on the 6th. Northview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
