Baseball Recap: Lynn Camp Takes a Loss

Lynn Camp was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Hancock County Indians, falling 19-9. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-3 on Friday.

Lynn Camp's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Hancock County, they pushed their record up to 8-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lynn Camp will challenge Thomas Walker at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pioneers have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. As for Hancock County, they will square off against Washburn at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
