Basketball Recap: Bowie Comes Up Short

Bowie pushed their score to 53 the last time they played Harts Bluff, but on Friday they couldn't quite do it again. The Bowie Pirates took a 32-22 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harts Bluff Bulldogs. The contest marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bowie dropped their record down to 16-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Harts Bluff, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-10.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Rivercrest the next time they take the court. Harts Bluff will host Rivercrest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Bowie will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th.
