Westerville South waltzed into their match on Monday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They strolled past the Westerville Central Warhawks with points to spare, taking the game 56-40. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Westerville South's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cirrye White, who went 7 of 9 to rack up 16 points and four steals. White has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Ariyana Cradle was another key player, putting up 17 points along with five boards and three steals.

Westerville South pushed their record up to 17-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 34.6% in those games and 26.1% outside of them. As for Westerville Central, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.
