Basketball Game Preview: Randolph Rockets vs. Cannon Falls Bombers

The Randolph Rockets will face off against the Cannon Falls Bombers at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Cannon Falls waltzed into their match on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 74-65. Given the Bombers' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Eagles are ranked 302nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cannon Falls' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 83.0 points over those games. As for Randolph, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.
