Carver extended the longest winning streak in AAAA Region 6B this week by beating Washington, 22-19. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Panthers.

Carver and the Bulldogs played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Carver eventually emerging with a 22-19 victory. Montavious Taylor ran for 188 yards and caught one passes for 40 yards in the win.

The Panthers' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tevish Clark helped Carver's passing attack out by catching one ball for 18 yards.

Jordan Holden put up the best numbers through the air as Carver beat Washington. He finished with six completions for 52 yards.

Carver's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Holden has thrown for 1096 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Joseph Mosley has 13 catches for 271 yards. Taylor leads the league in rushing with 1106 yards.

The top two teams in AAAA Region 6B will face off this week when first place Carver takes on second place Grady. The Panthers topped the Bulldogs last week, while Grady defeated South Atlanta.
