Lee moved up to 602 from 857 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 5A Region IV District 26. The Volunteers were able to make move up by beating Marshall 17-16.
Madison was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after defeating Steele. The Mavericks came in at 22 in the state poll after placing at number 74 last week.
Roosevelt's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jacob Preciado threw for 217 and 5 touchdowns and Arrion Springs had 92 yards receiving. On the ground JaRoyce Bratcher chipped in 114 yards. Roderrick Owens helped Roosevelt's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 49 yards.
