Recap: Boulder City Eagles vs. Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons
Make it 11 blowout wins for the Boulder City Eagles this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Doral Academy Red Rock 80-34 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Boulder City as they're now sitting on five straight.
It was another big night for Roman Rose, who scored 24 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Wright, who scored 19 points along with two steals.
Boulder City's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Doral Academy Red Rock, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
Coincidentally, Boulder City and the Dragons will both be playing the Mustangs the next time they take the court. Boulder City will head out to face the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Dragons will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
