Football Game Preview: Romulus Eagles vs. Michigan Center Cardinals + How To Watch

Two dominant signal callers in Torrence Searcy and Hadyn Hinkle are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Romulus Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the Michigan Center Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Romulus is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 53 points two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Fitzgerald on Friday. They were outmatched by the Spartans and fell 48-6. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 20-0.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Michigan Center and Hanover-Horton meet (five straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Cardinals fell 20-14 to the Comets. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Michigan Center fell to 7-1. As for Romulus, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
