Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodland). They blew past the Central of Coosa County Cougars 17-2 on Tuesday. Considering the Bobcats have won four games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Allie Puckett made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). Puckett was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.

In other batting news, Alyssa Taylor was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while going 3-for-4. Taylor is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. Ella Waites was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Woodland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .758. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
