There's no place like home for Waterloo, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Triad Knights on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Knights back in September, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Waterloo not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Triad between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18.

Waterloo can attribute much of their success to Ellie Zweigart, who had 14 digs and one assist.

Waterloo has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That lines up perfectly with their 21-7 record this season. As for Triad, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 16-12.

Waterloo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Wesclin on the 18th. As for Triad, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against East St. Louis on the 17th.
