Basketball Recap: Vanguard Academy Rembrandt Picks Up 11th Straight Win at Home

Vanguard Academy Rembrandt won the last time they faced Monte Alto and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vanguard Academy Rembrandt Spartans strolled past the Monte Alto Blue Devil with points to spare, taking the game 76-57. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

When it comes to explaining why Monte Alto lost, don't look at Ricky Serrano. Despite the final result, he posted 25 points. That was a full 43.9% of Monte Alto's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Ramiro Vazquez was another key player, putting up 11 points.
