CHARLIE BOWER gave up the fewest walks she has over her last nine games on Thursday. She made a splash, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Southfield Arts & Tech on Thursday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. BOWER has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
