Shiner has gone a perfect 10-0 against Flatonia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Shiner will square off against Flatonia at 7:00 p.m. Shiner's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Flatonia's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Last Tuesday, Shiner got the win against Moulton by a conclusive 11-2. The Comanches might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Flatonia's offense. They came up short against Ganado on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shiner pushed their record up to 16-3 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.6 runs over those games. As for Flatonia, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1.

Shiner took their victory against Flatonia in their previous matchup back in February by a conclusive 17-0. Does Shiner have another victory up their sleeve, or will Flatonia turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
