Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cassville). They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Southwest Trojans 70-68. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Cassville's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Southwest, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Cassville has already played their next match, a 76-55 win against Ash Grove on the 25th. As for Southwest, they will be playing at home against Lighthouse Christian on Tuesday. Lighthouse Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.6 points per game this season.
