Basketball Recap: CHAAMP HomeSchool Takes a Loss

CHAAMP HomeSchool came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a blow against the Hooks Hornets, falling 80-40. The Hawks lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in December of 2014, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 82-9 score last time.

CHAAMP HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 22-8. As for Hooks, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 20-13 record this season.

Looking ahead, CHAAMP HomeSchool will face off against Marshall Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hooks, they will welcome New Diana at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th.
