Soccer Game Preview: King's Academy vs. Camden Military

The King's Academy Lions will face off against the Camden Military Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

King's Academy is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Monday. They came up short against Marlboro Academy, falling 7-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as King's Academy were already down 5-1.

Meanwhile, Camden Military entered their match against Porter-Gaud on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spartans lost 5-0 to the Cyclones. Andrew Barbee was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Camden Military's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for King's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1.
