Soccer Preview: Warren vs. Sotomayor
The Warren Warriors will face off against the Sotomayor WILDCATS at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Warren is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.
Warren's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top against Taft by a score of 2-0. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 178th, while the Raiders are ranked 538th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Kam Guerra was the driving force of Warren's attack as he scored both of Warren's goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.
