Basketball Recap: Nipomo Takes a Loss

Nipomo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 50-41 to the Coastal Christian Conquerors. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Conquerors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Nipomo's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Coastal Christian, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nipomo will take on Morro Bay at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Coastal Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Cuyama Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
