Basketball Recap: Friday's Victory Is North Point's Fifth in Last Six Outings

North Point's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past the Howell North Knights with points to spare, taking the game 54-36. For the Grizzlies, this counts as revenge for the 50-37 victory the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

North Point has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. As for Howell North, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

North Point will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Fort Zumwalt East at 5:15 p.m. on February 14th. Howell North has already played their next contest, a 59-41 defeat against Howell Central on the 4th.
