Football Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Monroe Dragons were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 38-32 to the Harrisburg Eagles. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Harrisburg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monroe will square off against Irrigon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Dragons will be up against the Knights' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.63 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Harrisburg, they will head out to square off against Toledo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Boomers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
