Basketball Recap: French Camp Academy Comes Up Short

French Camp Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 70-22 loss at the hands of the Velma Jackson Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 72-16 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

French Camp Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Velma Jackson, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-8.

French Camp Academy has already played their next match, a 62-56 defeat against Noxapater on the 17th. As for Velma Jackson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-37 victory against Ethel on the 16th.
