Baseball Recap: Great Bend Panthers vs. Pratt Greenbacks
While Great Bend's win against Pratt wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Greenbacks 7-5. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Greenbacks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Koehn Ribordy made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with four RBI.
