Basketball Recap: Snow Canyon Finds Playoff Glory Versus Mountain Crest

It's playoff time, and Snow Canyon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Mountain Crest Mustangs to the tune of 64-25 on Thursday. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 22 points or more this season.

Snow Canyon's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Olivia Hamlin, who went 8-for-14 on her way to 19 points along with six steals and five rebounds. The contest was Hamlin's 51st in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Falynn Randall, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine boards.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 25-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.9 points over those games. As for Mountain Crest, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-10.

Snow Canyon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 53-33 victory against Sky View on the 21st. Mountain Crest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
