After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Aquinas, Bryan County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Savannah Bluejackets as they made off with a 28-7 win. The Redskins haven't had any issues with the Bluejackets recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Anddreas McKinny had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 103 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 71 yards.
McKinny was just one part of a punishing run game: Bryan County was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 283 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Savannah only rushed for 71 rushing yards.
Bryan County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Savannah, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
