Softball Recap: Loveland Comes Up Short

Loveland and Kings squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Loveland had to settle for second. They came up short against the Knights, falling 26-0. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Loveland dropped their record down to 10-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Kings, the victory was the 25th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-1.

Loveland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kings, they will take on Edgewood at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
