Football Recap: Madill Takes a Loss

Madill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Dickson Comets, falling 54-20. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 28-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Madill's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dickson, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Madill will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Tecumseh at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Dickson, they will square off against Hugo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
