Sterling City has gone 6-0 against Ozona recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sterling City Eagles will host the Ozona Lions at 7:30 p.m. Ozona took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Sterling City, who comes in off a win.

Sterling City took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 53-50 victory over Forsan. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Ozona lost to Forsan on the road by a 72-54 margin on Tuesday.

Sterling City will have to contain Hudson Fowler as he made an impact in Ozona's last game. He dropped a double-double on 18 points and 19 boards. Fowler's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Christain Villarreal, who posted 12 points.

Even though they lost, Ozona smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in six consecutive matches.

Ozona's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Sterling City, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 10-9.
