River Ridge had won four straight on the road, but on Thursday they bumped up to 22-6 to make it five. Everything went their way against the Sequoyah Chiefs as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Isabella Rigg paced River Ridge's offense, picking up 13 kills. Rigg got some help from Ally Page and her 29 assists.
As for Sequoyah, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 17-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since October 9, 2024.
