It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Faith Christian had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the North Vermillion Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.
Caya Stillings had a dynamite game, getting 22 digs and three aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more digs the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kelsey Olehy, who had seven digs and two aces.
They weren't the only good servers: Faith Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in nine consecutive contests.
Faith Christian's record is now 26-4. As for North Vermillion, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.
