Central waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 20-7 victory over the Huntley Red Raiders. That's more bragging rights for the Rockets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Central's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Huntley, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Central will head out on the road to challenge Crystal Lake Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39.43 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Huntley, they will host McHenry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Raiders are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
