It was fun while it lasted, but Springstead's undefeated season came to an end after 11 games on Friday. They fell just short of the Cypress Creek Coyotes by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to the Eagles' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Springstead fell to 11-1. As for Cypress Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.
